What is Acne?

It usually happens to teens or young adults but it occurs to people of all ages.

Acne is a skin condition wherein dead skin cells and oil are blocking the hair follicles that may result in the production of blackheads, whiteheads or pimples.

When not treated, Acne might reach the stage of severity wherein breakouts consistently appears on your whole face, neck or back. There are chances that acne extends deep to the skin that produces cystic acne or nodules that most of the time are painful when not treated immediately. In most cases, when the acne cleared up, there’s a high chance that it causes scars that are not just annoying but also sets your confidence low.

What to do now?

1. KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF OF YOUR FACE

Remember, your hands are dirty & not sterile. Germs, viruses and bacteria are deep soothed on your fingertips that increases the risk of transferring it onto your skin. Irritation and inflammation is also at stake if you picked out some of your pimples since it leads to scarring

3. KEEP HYDRATED

Drinking a sufficient amount of water helps moisturize your skin thus, eliminating toxins that builds up waste

4. USE THE RIGHT PRODUCTS DEPENDING ON YOUR SKIN TYPE & CONCERN

You may check the labels and ingredients of the products that you’re using. A little research goes a long way. Remove all impurities & help cure your acne by selecting the products that works best on your skin. Avoid ingredients that contains oil, may clog your pores and cause further irritation
